The project aims at creating a residence for artists along the Seine River, in the tradition of 19th century holiday villas. Inspired by the local style of half-timbered mansions, we decided to create a hamlet formed by groups of two or three residences. Within a wood-framed structure, they offer large workshops with mezzanines overlooking private terraces that allow conviviality while preserving privacy.
